The new animated Doctor Who story Dreamland (starring David Tennant and Georgia Moffett) does not have a premiere date yet. We are still waiting. Should be soon. Reports are now saying that this story is set between The Waters of Mars and the 2 part finale, so soon could be more November/December.

The Big Finish/BBC Radio 7 co-produced 8th Doctor audios from 2006-2008 have
just finished repeating on BBC Radio 7. Currently on the website
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio7 are four episodes from Series 2. Each episode is
available for 7 days after it is broadcast. Also up right now is the radio
documentary "The Story Of Doctor Who". The final 2 episodes of Series 2 have not
aired on Radio 7, and we do not know if the 3rd and 4th series of this saga will
ever air on the radio where it belongs.

Rather quiet week for Who news. UKTV New Zealand is going straight into its first run of Doctor Who Series 4 on the 17th after finishing Series 3. Lots of repeats popping up as upcoming schedules appear. But as far as "new" information, still quiet. A situation we know will change soon enough.

The October 10 edition of the This Week In Doctor Who columns will effectively
be a 2 week edition, as there will be no October 17 edition. Back to normal on
the 24th.

Jeremy Bement is starting a newsletter covering release dates for Doctor Who
DVDs, toys, comics. It is called Bigger on the Inside (no relation to the
Bigger On The Inside podcast). It sounds interesting - check it out at
http://www.yahoogroups.com and look for "biggerontheinside". Jeremy has a press
release up, and I have that in the spinoff section of today's column.

Encore run. Series 1 aired on BBC 7 in 2006/2007 before being released on CD.
The first 6 episodes of Series 2 aired on BBC Radio 7 in 2008 after being
released on CD. This run seems to be a repeat of those 14 episodes. As far as we
know, the final 2 episodes of Series 2 and the recently released on CD Series 3
are not due for a BBC Radio 7 broadcast at this time. The Beyond The Vortex
episodes are brief documentaries on the episode of the night to fill out the
hour. The radio run is complete, but these episodes can be heard on the website
